If we exceed the promised 7 business days, starting from the 11th day after payment, we accrue a refund of 1% of the order value for each day, up to a maximum of 20% (day 30). Production times are approximately 7 business days; home delivery then takes place within a couple of business days from shipment, Monday to Friday, via express courier with tracking. Shipping is free for orders over €150.

Yes, you have 30 nights of at-home trial. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return according to the conditions indicated on the Withdrawal page.
