Product Warranty

At JoyShop we only select products made in Italy, with quality materials and controlled craftsmanship.

Each product is covered by a legal warranty and is carefully inspected before shipping. Our staff is always available to assist you via email and phone.

Warranty duration

  • Mattresses:warranty valid for 5 yearsfrom the date of delivery
  • Other products (cushions, bed bases, accessories):warranty valid for 2 yearsfrom the date of delivery, in accordance with European regulations

What does the warranty cover?

For mattresses and pillows:

  • Internal structure
  • Padding
  • Fabrics
  • Seams

For slatted bases:

  • Chassis
  • Staves
  • Stiffness regulators

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover cases in which the product presents:

  • Unsuitable hygienic conditions
  • Stains of an organic nature
  • Damage due to improper use
  • Deterioration caused by normal wear and tear

A dimensional tolerance of up to 3%, particularly on height, is to be considered normal and does not constitute a defect.

Come and request warranty assistance

In case of defect, it is required to:

  1. Send an email describing the problem
  2. Attach clear photographs of the defect found

Our staff will review the report and contact you with all the necessary instructions.

Shipping the product under warranty

If the defect is confirmed:

  • The product must be carefully packaged
  • It must be protected with cellophane and protectors to avoid damage during transport
  • Any damage from incorrect packaging will not be covered

The technical department will check the product and, in the event of a recognized defect, will repair it at no costto the customer.
