How long does it take to receive the mattress?
Mattresses are made to order. Delivery typically takes 6–10 business days.
Does the mattress arrive rolled and vacuum-sealed?
Yes, most models are shipped rolled and vacuum-sealed to facilitate transport. After unpacking, the mattress returns to its original shape within a few hours.
When can I use it after opening?
You can use it almost immediately, but for its definitive shape, we recommend waiting 4–6 hours.
Is it suitable for adjustable beds?
Yes, all memory foam, latex, and water foam mattresses are compatible with adjustable beds. Traditional spring models, however, are not recommended.
How do I choose the right firmness?
It mainly depends on weight and posture:
- heavy weight → medium/firm is better
- average weight → medium
- light weight → medium/soft
If in doubt, you can ask for personalized advice before purchasing.
Can I use it on an old bed frame?
Yes, provided it's a slatted bed frame in good condition. If the bed frame is sagging or damaged, even the best mattress will lose comfort.
Is it removable and washable?
It depends on the model. When indicated, the cover is removable on 4 sides and washable at 30°C.
Is it suitable for people with back pain?
Orthopedic and 7-zone models help maintain spinal alignment and reduce pressure points, improving back comfort.
How long does a good mattress last?
With proper use and a good bed frame, a quality mattress lasts an average of 7–10 years.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, all mattresses are covered by a 5-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects.
Can I deduct the mattress as a medical expense?
Yes, models certified as a Class 1 Medical Device are 19% deductible with a prescription and traceable payment.
Do you make custom sizes?
Yes, it is possible to make custom-sized mattresses for non-standard bed frames or beds.
How should I rotate the mattress?
We recommend rotating it head-to-foot every 2–3 months to maintain uniform support over time.
Is it suitable for allergy sufferers?
Yes, the materials are anti-mite and hypoallergenic. Many models have a washable cover for greater hygiene.
