How long does it take to receive the mattress?
Mattresses are made to order. Delivery takes an average of 6–10 business days .
Does the mattress arrive vacuum-packed?
Yes, most models are shipped rolled and vacuum-packed for easy transport. Once opened, the mattress returns to its original shape within a few hours.
When can I use it after opening?
You can use it almost immediately, but for the final shape we recommend waiting 4–6 hours .
Is it suitable for motorized nets?
Yes, all memory foam, latex, and water foam mattresses are compatible with motorized bases. Traditional innerspring models, however, are not recommended.
How do I choose the right stiffness?
It mainly depends on weight and posture:
- heavy weight → medium/stiff is better
- average weight → average
- low weight → medium/soft
If you have any doubts, you can ask for personalized advice before purchasing.
Can I use it on an old network?
Yes, as long as it's a slatted base in good condition . If the base is sagging or damaged, even the best mattress will lose its comfort.
Is it removable and washable?
It depends on the model. Where indicated, the cover is removable on four sides and washable at 30°C.

Do you do custom sizes?
Yes, it is possible to make custom mattresses for non-standard bed bases or beds.
