Shipping policy
Shipping within 7 days + 2 days for courier delivery
The goods are delivered by express courier to the house number indicated on the floor soil.
Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, within a couple of working days of shipment.
The delivery person will make up to two trips to make the delivery. If no one is available, they will leave a note.
Shipping is free for orders over €150.00.
Shipping costs vary depending on the product and its size.

Thanks to the tracking code, you can monitor and find your package.
To receive the code, simply enter an email address with your order. This email address will be sent to the courier, who will send you the tracking information, which you can find on their website. If you haven't received the code, you can call us or send us an email requesting a "tracking code."
Backorders
If your shipment is backordered due to your absence or errors in the delivery address (missing house number, missing name on the doorbell, incorrect address), you will need to pick up the package in person at the relevant branch, or you will be responsible for the re-delivery costs.
Shipping Your Package
Packages are generally dispatched within a few days of receiving payment and are shipped via courier with tracking and signature. If you prefer faster delivery, an additional charge will apply, so please include your phone number before confirming. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, so shipping costs will be charged for each. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
