If you're not satisfied, we'll help you find the best solution.
What you can do if you are not satisfied
At the end of the trial period, you can choose one of these three options:
- Product exchange
Replacement with another mattress from our catalog that better suits your needs. - Voucher
You will receive a voucher of equal value, with no expiration date, to use freely in our store. - Refund
Return the product and get a refund according to the stated conditions.
How to request a return, exchange, or refund
The process is simple and guided.

- Our courier will collect the mattress directly from your home
Conditions for return
To ensure proper and respectful handling, we ask you to observe a few simple rules:
- The product must be in decent condition
- The mattress must be carefully packaged, using cellophane and corner and side protectors
- Any free gifts received must be returned along with the main product
Return shipping
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer and is quantified at the time of the return request.
