Sleep in it, test it, listen to your body.
If you're not satisfied, we'll help you find the best solution.
What can you do if you are not satisfied?
At the end of the trial period, you can choose one of these three options:

Replacement with another mattress from our catalog that best suits your needs. -
Shopping voucher
Receive a voucher of equal value, with no expiration date, to use freely in our store. -
Reimbursement
Return the product and get a refund according to the conditions indicated.
How to request a return, exchange, or refund
The procedure is simple and guided.

- You will receive all the instructions for preparing the return by email.
- Our courier will come and collect the mattress directly from your home
Return conditions
To ensure proper and respectful management, we ask you to respect a few simple rules:
- The product must be in decent condition
- The mattress must be carefully packaged, using cellophane and corner and side protectors.
- Any freebies received must be returned along with the main product
Return shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is calculated at the time of the return request.
