How does this payment method work?
"Flexi" is a combination of different payment methods offered by Svea through the SeQura technology platform, which allows you to choose to pay for your purchase in 3 months, without interest or fees, or to choose to pay in 6, 9, or 12 months with a financing fee.
In any case, select and choose your preferred payment method at checkout, enter your tax code and mobile number, and pay the first installment at that time. Further payments will be automatically made to your card each month, and we'll send you a receipt by email.

Are there any additional costs?
If you choose to pay in 3 months with no fees, Svea works with merchants to make this completely free. If we hear it's "free," then it really is. While it's not very common, you may find a merchant that can't offer this service for free and instead charges a one-time setup fee for your first payment, upon your first due date. If this is the case, you'll notice the "setup fee" is clearly visible during the process, so there are no hidden charges.

We accept prepaid, debit, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and prepaid cards issued in Italy).
How to proceed with the payment of the fee?
Payments are automatically made each month to the card you used for your initial purchase. And, as always, you'll receive an email confirmation for each transaction.
How do I change my payment card?
Simply log in to your account, select the corresponding purchase, and click the "Edit" link next to the card number used to make fee-based payments (top right corner).
As always, all changes are free and without penalty, but you'll see that we'll charge your new card €1 to validate it; this €1 will then be refunded to the same card.

I want to return my order. What should I do?
The first thing to do is contact the store where you made the purchase to initiate the return process, following the store's instructions.
Once the store notifies us that the item has been returned, Svea will automatically refund your card.
In the event of an exchange or partial return, Svea will not issue any refund, but the remaining payments will be adjusted to the new order amount.
