The springing system consists of about 1600 springs in the double size (800 in the single), divided into 7 differentiated zones. Each spring works autonomously and progressively, adapting to body weight and distributing loads correctly. This system keeps the back in a neutral position and reduces pressure points.
5 cm Memory Foam top layer
The 5 cm ergonomic Memory Foam layer improves surface comfort without compromising the firm support of the structure: solid support, anatomical comfort, reduction of muscle tension.

Yes, it is a high number for a double mattress: more independent springs mean more precise, point-by-point support and better motion isolation if you sleep as a couple.
Is it also suitable for larger builds?+
Yes, Nettuno is designed specifically for people over 80-100 kg: the Box System structure and high-density springs guarantee firm and stable support without sagging.
Will my partner's movements wake me up at night?+
The pocket springs work independently, so movement on one side of the bed is transmitted very little to the other side, unlike traditional Bonnel springs.
Is the mattress tax-deductible?+
This model does not carry the Medical Device certification in our product sheet. If you need a tax-deductible mattress (19% deduction in Italy), write to us on WhatsApp: we will point you to the most suitable certified models.
How long does it take to receive the mattress?+
It is made to order, so production times are slightly longer than a stock product. We will contact you to confirm the exact timing after the order.
How is it washed and maintained over time?+
The cover is removable on 4 sides and washable, with hypoallergenic medical-grade fiber padding and antibacterial/anti-dust mite fabric.

What are the shipping times?+
Production time is about 7 business days; home delivery then occurs within a couple of business days from shipment, Monday through Friday, via express courier with tracking. Shipping is free for orders over €150.
Can I return the mattress if I'm not convinced?+
Yes, you have 30 nights to try it at home. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return according to the conditions indicated in our Cancellation Policy page.
What is the product warranty?+
5-year warranty on structure and materials. In the cart, you can also purchase an extension package for an additional 5 years for €69, for up to 10 years of total coverage.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and installment payments up to 12 months with SeQura.
How do I know the status of my order?+
You will receive an email with a link to track the shipment online as soon as the mattress is shipped; you can also write to us on WhatsApp for an update.
Does the mattress arrive pre-assembled?+
No, this model is not shipped vacuum-packed and rolled: it arrives at its full dimensions, in an open box, ready for use as soon as it is unpacked.
Can I choose a non-catalog size?+
