We manufacture and dispatch within 7 working days of the order — this is the part of the process that depends on us, and we stick to it. Upon dispatch, you will immediately receive a tracking link: home delivery then follows the courier's schedule (generally 1-2 working days in Italy).
If we exceed the 7 promised working days, starting from the 11th day after payment, we accrue a refund of 1% of the order value for each day, up to a maximum of 20% (day 30). The refund is issued within 15 days of delivery. After 30 days, the order is cancelled and refunded in full within 15 days of cancellation. Find out how it works.
