We produce and ship within 7 working days of your order — this is the part of the process we control, and we stick to it. You will receive a tracking link as soon as it ships: home delivery then follows the courier's schedule (generally 1-2 working days in Italy).
If we exceed the promised 7 working days, starting from the 11th day after payment, we offer a refund of 1% of the order value for each day, up to a maximum of 20% (day 30). The refund is issued within 15 days of delivery. After 30 days, the order is cancelled and fully refunded within 15 days of cancellation. Find out how it works.
