Production times are approximately 7 working days; home delivery then takes place within a couple of working days from shipment, from Monday to Friday, via express courier with tracking. Shipping is free for orders over ā¬150.
Can I return the mattress if I'm not convinced?+
Yes, you have 30 nights to try it at home. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return according to the conditions indicated on the Returns page.
What warranty does the product have?+
5 years warranty on structure and materials. In the cart, you can also purchase an extension package of an additional 5 years for ā¬69, to reach up to 10 years of total coverage.
