We produce and ship within 7 working days of the order — this is the part of the process that depends on us, and we stick to it. Upon shipment, you will immediately receive a tracking link: home delivery then follows the courier's delivery times (generally 1-2 working days in Italy).
Punctuality Guarantee
If we exceed the promised 7 working days, from the 11th day after payment we accrue a refund of 1% of the order value for each day, up to a maximum of 20% (day 30). The refund is issued within 15 days of delivery. After 30 days, the order is cancelled and fully refunded within 15 days of cancellation. Learn how it works.
Serena bed with a white ash melamine structure with simple, linear lines and an upholstered headboard covered in beige microfiber, for a minimalist and versatile design that is easy to combine with any furnishing style. The upholstery is easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Available in four configurations: without slatted base, with slatted base, with storage box, and with storage box with double-lift mechanism.
