If we exceed the promised 7 working days, starting from the 11th day after payment, we accrue a refund of 1% of the order value for each day, up to a maximum of 20% (day 30). Is the pillow tax-deductible?+
No, the pillows are not certified as Medical Devices and do not qualify for the 19% tax deduction.
How is it washed and maintained over time?+
The protective cotton cover is removable and machine-washable; the latex is already anti-mite and antibacterial by itself.
