Punctuality Guarantee
If we exceed the promised 7 working days, starting from the 11th day after payment, we accrue a refund of 1% of the order value for each day, up to a maximum of 20% (day 30). What is the difference between the three versions (without base, with slatted base, storage)?+
The "without base" version is just the bed frame, to be paired with a slatted base you already own. The "with slatted base" version includes the orthopedic base on a steel frame. The "storage" version adds a space-saving compartment with a useful internal height of 20 cm.
How do I clean the faux leather upholstery?+
Simply rub with circular movements using a soft sponge and neutral soap, without aggressive products.
Is assembly complicated?+
The bed arrives in a kit to be assembled with a wood microparticle/MDF structure; the instructions guide you step-by-step through the assembly.
Are special sizes available beyond the standard ones?+
Yes, Perla is available in numerous intermediate widths (90, 100, 110, 130, 150, 170, 190 cm) in addition to standard sizes, to better adapt to your room's space.

Production times are approximately 7 working days; home delivery then takes place within a couple of working days from dispatch, from Monday to Friday, via express courier with tracking. Shipping is free for orders over €150.
