How long does it take to receive the mattress?+
It is made to order, so production times are slightly longer than for a stock product. We will contact you to confirm the exact timeline after the order.
How do I wash and maintain it over time?+
The cover is removable on 4 sides and washable at 30°C, with integrated antimicrobial treatment.

What are the shipping times?+
Production times are approximately 7 working days; home delivery then takes place within a couple of working days from dispatch, Monday to Friday, via express courier with tracking. Shipping is free for orders over €150.
Can I return the mattress if I'm not convinced?+
Yes, you have 30 nights to try it at home. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return according to the conditions indicated on the Withdrawal page.
What is the product warranty?+
5-year warranty on structure and materials. In the cart, you can also purchase an extension package for an additional 5 years for €69, to get up to 10 years of total coverage.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and installment payments up to 12 months with SeQura.
How do I know the status of my order?+
You will receive an email with the link to track your shipment online as soon as the mattress is shipped; you can also write to us on WhatsApp for an update.

It arrives vacuum-packed and rolled: it opens easily in a few minutes and expands on its own within 24-48 hours.
