Production times are approximately 7 business days; home delivery then takes place within a couple of business days from shipment, Monday to Friday, by express courier with tracking. Shipping is free for orders over €150.
Can I return the mattress if I'm not satisfied?+
Yes, you have 30 nights to try it at home. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return according to the conditions indicated on the Returns page.
What warranty does the product have?+
5 years warranty on structure and materials. In the cart, you can also purchase an extension package for an additional 5 years for €69, for a total coverage of up to 10 years.
