Commitment to dispatch times

We produce and ship within 7 working days of the order—this is the part of the process that depends on us, and we stick to it. Upon dispatch, you will immediately receive a tracking link: home delivery then follows the courier's schedule (generally 1-2 working days in Italy).

🎯

Punctuality Guarantee

If we exceed the promised 7 working days, starting from the 11th day after payment, you accrue a refund of 1% of the order value for each day, up to a maximum of 20% (day 30). The refund is issued within 15 days of delivery. Beyond 30 days, the order is cancelled and fully refunded within 15 days of cancellation. Find out how it works.
