Commitment to dispatch times
We produce and dispatch within 7 working days of the order — this is the part of the process that depends on us, and we respect it. You will receive the tracking link as soon as it is dispatched: home delivery then follows the courier's delivery times (generally 1-2 working days in Italy).
Punctuality Guarantee
If we exceed the promised 7 working days, from the 11th day after payment we will accrue a refund of 1% of the order value for each day, up to a maximum of 20% (day 30). The refund will be issued within 15 days of delivery. After 30 days, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded within 15 days of cancellation. Find out how it works.
