Punctuality Guarantee
If we exceed the promised 7 working days, from the 11th day after payment, we accrue a refund of 1% of the order value for each day, up to a maximum of 20% (day 30). The refund is issued within 15 days of delivery. Beyond 30 days, the order is cancelled and fully refunded within 15 days of cancellation. Find out how it works.
