What are the shipping times?+
Production times are approximately 7 working days; home delivery then takes place within a couple of working days from shipment, Monday to Friday, with express courier and tracking. Shipping is free for orders over €150.
Can I return the mattress if I'm not satisfied?+
Yes, you have 30 nights to try it at home. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return according to the conditions indicated on the Withdrawal page.
What is the product warranty?+
5 years warranty on structure and materials. In the cart, you can also purchase an extension package for an additional 5 years for €69, for up to 10 years of total coverage.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and deferred payment up to 12 months with SeQura.
How do I check the status of my order?+
You will receive an email with a link to track the shipment online as soon as the mattress is shipped; you can also write to us on WhatsApp for an update.

It arrives vacuum-packed and rolled: it easily opens in a few minutes and expands on its own in 24-48 hours.
