Production times are approximately 7 working days; home delivery then takes place within a couple of working days after shipment, Monday to Friday, via express courier with tracking. Shipping is free for orders over €150.
Can I return the mattress if I am not convinced?+
Yes, you have 30 nights of home trial. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return according to the conditions indicated in the Withdrawal page.
What warranty does the product have?+
5-year warranty on structure and materials. In the cart, you can also purchase an additional 5-year extension package for €69, for up to 10 years of total coverage.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and installment payments up to 12 months with SeQura.
How do I know the status of my order?+
You will receive an email with a link to track the shipment online as soon as the mattress is shipped; you can also write to us on WhatsApp for an update.

It arrives vacuum-packed and rolled: it opens easily in a few minutes and unfolds by itself in 24-48h.
