Production times are approximately 7 working days; home delivery then takes place within a couple of working days from shipment, Monday to Friday, via express courier with tracking. Shipping is free for orders over €150.
Can I return the mattress if it doesn't convince me?+
Yes, you have 30 nights of home trial. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return according to the conditions indicated in the Withdrawal page.
What warranty does the product have?+
5-year warranty on structure and materials. In the cart, you can also purchase an extension package for an additional 5 years at €69, for up to 10 years of total coverage.
