We produce and ship within 7 business days of your order — this is the part of the process we control, and we respect it. Upon shipment, you will immediately receive a tracking link: home delivery then follows the courier's timelines (generally 1-2 business days in Italy).
If we exceed the 7 promised business days, from the 11th day after payment we accrue a refund of 1% of the order value for each day, up to a maximum of 20% (day 30).
