We produce and ship within 7 working days from the order — it is the part of the process that depends on us, and we respect it. Upon shipment, you will immediately receive the tracking link: home delivery then follows the courier's times (generally 1-2 working days in Italy).
If we exceed the promised 7 working days, from the 11th day after payment, we accrue a refund of 1% of the order value for each day, up to a maximum of 20% (day 30).
