Yes, the soft feel of the Memory Foam reduces pressure on the shoulders and hips, making it particularly suitable for those who sleep on their side or change position frequently during the night.
How soft is it? Is there a risk of sinking too much?+
The DanJoy Star is soft but progressive: the 5 cm of Memory Foam conforms to the body without creating a "sinking" effect, thanks to the orthopedic support base underneath.
Is it also suitable for larger body types?+
It is designed for a weight range between 50 and 110 kg. For heavier weights, we recommend firmer models such as the DanJoy Plus: contact us on WhatsApp if you have doubts about which one to choose.
How long does it take to receive the mattress?+
It is handmade in Italy to order, so production times are slightly longer than for a stocked product. We will contact you to confirm the exact timing after your order.
Is the mattress tax deductible?+
Yes, it is certified as a medical device and is 19% tax deductible with a medical prescription. Keep the invoice and documentation for your tax return.
How do I wash and maintain it over time?+
The Silver fabric cover is removable and washable, with antibacterial and anti-odor treatment. We recommend gentle washing following the internal label of the cover.

Purchase and Shipping
What are the shipping times?+
Production times are approximately 7 working days; home delivery then takes place within a couple of working days from shipment, Monday to Friday, by express courier with tracking. Shipping is free for orders over €150.
Can I return the mattress if I'm not satisfied?+
Yes, you have 30 nights to try it at home. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return according to the conditions indicated on the Returns page.
What is the product warranty?+
5 years warranty on structure and materials. In your cart, you can also purchase an additional 5-year extension package for €69, to get up to 10 years of total coverage.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and deferred payment up to 12 months with SeQura.
How do I know the status of my order?+
You will receive an email with the link to track your shipment online as soon as the mattress is shipped; you can also write to us on WhatsApp for an update.
Does the mattress arrive already assembled?+
It arrives vacuum-packed and rolled: it easily unfolds in a few minutes and flattens out on its own in 24-48 hours.
Can I choose a size not in the catalog?+
