How soft is it? Is there a risk of sinking in too much?+
The DanJoy Star is soft but progressive: the 5 cm of Memory Foam wraps the body without creating a "sinking" effect, thanks to the supportive orthopedic base underneath.
Is it also suitable for heavier builds?+
It is designed for a weight range between 50 and 110 kg. For higher capacities, we recommend firmer models like the DanJoy Plus: write to us on WhatsApp if you have any doubts about which one to choose.
How long does it take to receive the mattress?+
We manufacture and ship within 7 working days of your order. Upon dispatch, you immediately receive a tracking link: home delivery then depends on the courier, generally within 1-2 working days.
Is the mattress tax-deductible?+
This model is not certified as a Medical Device, therefore it does not qualify for the 19% tax deduction. If you need a deductible mattress, write to us on WhatsApp: we can point you to the most suitable certified models, such as the DanJoy Plus.
How is it washed and maintained over time?+
The Silver fabric cover is removable and washable, with an antibacterial and anti-odor treatment. We recommend a delicate wash following the instructions on the inner label of the cover.

What are the shipping times?+
Production times are approximately 7 working days; home delivery then takes place within a couple of working days of shipment, from Monday to Friday, via express courier with tracking. Shipping is free for orders over €150.
Can I return the mattress if I'm not convinced?+
Yes, you have 30 nights to try it at home. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return according to the conditions indicated on the Withdrawal page.
What is the product warranty?+
5-year warranty on structure and materials. In the cart, you can also purchase an extension package for an additional 5 years for €69, reaching up to 10 years of total coverage.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and installment payments up to 12 months with SeQura.
How do I know the status of my order?+
