It is made to order in Italy, so production times are slightly longer than for an in-stock product. We will contact you to confirm the exact timing after your order.

The Cashmere cover is removable on 4 sides and washable at 30°C, with anti-mite and antibacterial properties.

Purchase and Shipping
What are the shipping times?+
Production times are approximately 7 business days; home delivery then takes place within a couple of business days from shipment, Monday to Friday, by express courier with tracking. Shipping is free for orders over €150.
Can I return the mattress if I'm not satisfied?+
Yes, you have 30 nights to try it at home. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return according to the conditions indicated on the Returns page.
What is the product warranty?+
5 years warranty on structure and materials. In the cart you can also purchase an additional 5-year extension package for €69, to get up to 10 years of total coverage.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and deferred payment up to 12 months with SeQura.
How do I know the status of my order?+
You will receive an email with a link to track the shipment online as soon as the mattress is shipped; you can also write to us on WhatsApp for an update.
Does the mattress arrive already assembled?+
It arrives vacuum-packed and rolled: it easily unfolds in a few minutes and expands by itself in 24-48 hours.
Can I choose a size not in the catalog?+
