Production times are approximately 7 working days; home delivery then occurs within a couple of working days from shipment, Monday to Friday, via express courier with tracking. Shipping is free for orders over €150.
Can I return the mattress if I'm not convinced?+
Yes, you have 30 nights of home trial. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return according to the conditions indicated in the Withdrawal page.
What warranty does the product have?+
5-year warranty on structure and materials. In the cart, you can also purchase an additional 5-year extension package for €69, for up to 10 years of total coverage.
